No-Refund Policy
At Shutter Cloud Technologies Private Limited, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all purchases and subscription payments. All payments are final and non-refundable.
By subscribing to our services or making any purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy and understand that refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
Exception for Mistaken Transactions
The only exception to our no-refund policy applies to verified mistaken transactions. A mistaken transaction is defined as:
- Duplicate payments for the same service during a single checkout process.

- An incorrect billing amount significantly different from the advertised price.
Please note that a mistaken transaction does not include:
- Subscription purchases you no longer wish to use.
- Purchases made in error by selecting the wrong subscription plan.
- Any purchase where the service was accessed or used after payment.
- Dissatisfaction with the service.
Procedure for Mistaken Transaction Claims
If you believe you have experienced a genuine mistaken transaction, as defined above, please follow these steps:
- Contact our billing department within 48 hours of the transaction.
- Provide the transaction ID, date, amount, and a clear description of why you believe it was a mistaken transaction
- Include supporting documentation if available (such as screenshots of duplicate charges)
Each claim will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If we determine that a mistaken transaction has occurred, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Subscription Cancellations
While we do not offer refunds for subscription payments, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. When you cancel your subscription:
- You will maintain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made to your payment method for future periods
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing period
